What does the £3,500 set-up fee cover?
The set-up fee covers the full onboarding process: discovery, data connection, agent configuration, validation, onsite training for your team and integration with your programme environment. It is a one-off, fixed price with no overruns.
Do all plans include all six agents?
Yes. Every subscription tier includes all six Nova AI agents: Schedule Risk, Procurement Delay, QA Documentation, Production Engineering, Bid Support and Drawing Intelligence & BOM. The only difference between plans is the number of users who can access the platform.
Can we upgrade our plan as our team grows?
Yes. You can move between tiers at any time. If your team grows beyond your current user limit, we will upgrade your subscription from the next billing date. There is no penalty for upgrading.
What is the minimum contract term?
Three months. After the initial three-month term, subscriptions continue on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days’ notice to cancel.
Do you offer a trial or pilot?
We do not offer free trials. Nova AI is a production system, not a demo product. We are happy to walk you through live outputs from existing deployments so you can assess the quality of the intelligence before committing.
