Who we are
Scotia Projects & Engineering Partners Ltd (“Scotia PEP”) runs this website. You can contact us at team@scotiapep.com or on 07714 035859.
What we collect
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you give: your name, email address, company, phone number and your message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites. To see how many people visit and which pages are useful, we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly service that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data and does not build profiles of visitors. It records anonymous page views, the referring site and the broad country of a visit. The fonts are served from this website.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation or any resulting engagement continues, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records, then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us at team@scotiapep.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
